Relaxation massage is for the body and the mind. The pressure can be light or deep depending on the needs. It includes longer, smoother strokes meant to calm rather stimulate. Relaxation massage is what the client and therapist decide what is best.
Sports Massage
Sports massage and sports recovery focuses on the areas of the body that have been overused and stressed from repetitive movements and overexertion. Whether or not you are a professional athlete, including massage as part of daily routine promotes flexibility which, in turn, helps to prevent injuries, improves endurance and decreases muscle soreness.

Deep Tissue Massage
Will Billingsley is known for his deep tissue work concentrating on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia. A deep tissue massage, which is very similar to Swedish massage, can help loosen up old scar tissue which can be painful. It is also good for chronic injuries and muscle tension, and is often used as part of the sports recovery program as it provides deep pain relief in constricted muscle areas.
Rehabilitative Massage
As the name suggests, rehabilitative massage is for those who are rehabilitating whether from a sports injury, a broken arm, a stroke, or a twisted ankle from falling off the side walk.
